Event: Taste of the World: Armenia
Description: Taste of the World: Armenia, the first in a series of cultural festivals that will take place in the outdoor courtyard at the Paseo Colorado in Old Town Pasadena. The festivals will celebrate the food, music, and dance of a different country each month. The inaugural event will will be held from 12pm – 10pm featuring live entertainment for both children and families alike and highlighting the authentic culture of Armenia. Music will be provided by a stellar lineup of Armenian musicians performing folk, classical, jazz, and pop. Award-winning dance troupes will showcase the beauty of their art form through performances on the main stage. During the festival, attendees will have the opportunity to sample the incredible food of Armenia. Taste of the World: Armenia is sure to be a memorable event for festival-goers of all ages. As George Benard Shaw once declared, "There is no sincerer love than the love of food."
